WIW: Sleeveless Trench & Snow Leopard

Hi Ladies,

Do you find you enjoy a garment, wear it frequently, rest it for a while and then start again with it? I do. And my sleeveless trench is experiencing the love at the moment.

I am wearing it again today over skinny black jeans, zebra blouse and newish snow leopard flats. I bought the flats in July with birthday money but the winter weather wasn't ideal for them so they have been patiently waiting for Spring to make their debut.

I wore this to see my MIL and have lunch with DH but have now changed into boots and a knit cardigan to combat the sudden change in our weather today :(

    The trench is great belted, very slimming. It creates a lovely column of black, and showcases the new shoes.
    I find that this forum, magazines etc. often remind me of something I haven't worn for ages, that I can wear in new ways. Love that!

    You know the outfits I love , I used to hardly wear them, except for jackets, cardigans which I wear all the time :)

    Lovely, the leopard print bookends your lovely bob and ties in to your black outfit beautifully.

    Between this and a photo I saw the other day on a fashion blog, I'm almost wanting to find an old trench coat and cut the sleeves off! Looks fantastic on you.

    Love those new shoes :-) and they are perfect with the outfit!

    I'm guilty of wearing something to death then being verrry tired of it because of that (I THINK because of that) :-\ Sometimes it justs needs a rest, but other times I'm done with it. I wonder if I wore it so much because I really loved it, or because it was new and different, or because I'm uncreative and reusing it was easy. . .

    The sleeveless trench looks great! It's not an item I would think of owning, but seeing it on you makes me start thinking of possibilities within my own wardrobe.
