WIW : Lunch @ The Lake

It's a beautiful Autumn day here today and some friends from Melbourne drove up for lunch.  We went to a lovely restaurant on Lake Weeroona (#2) and then went for a walk so Master 12 could see the ducks and turtles that make the lake their home:)

Angie's "Drapey Black with Leggings" ensemble is a bit of a FFB for me and that's just what I felt like today.  I do like the drama of this ensemble.

So today's version is made up of:

Black Jeggings : Target
Mana Draped Tunic : Metalicus
Sleeveless Wrap Vest worn open : Metalicus
Open Toe Booties : Rubi
Accessorised with silver rings, choker and black leather bracelet.

Thanks for looking, and any thoughts for improvement or change appreciated.

    Totally agree with Una :) And I bet your outfit looks so dramatic as it swishes when you walk. You look fabulous!

    The lake looks beautiful. What a nice way to spend a day.

    The proportions work very well, Debs. Drape Deluxe Fabness. I like your bare arms in this outfit because it breaks up the black. Hope you nada fun lunch.

    Thank you! I loved wearing this. And Angie, I agree the bare arms are an important part of what makes this work. I love Autumn weather because I don't need both arms and legs covered. And I love the look of outfits with covered legs but bare arms, or vice versa.

    Lunch was lovely! Our friends from Melbourne are actually relocating to our regional city in three weeks so this lunch will be the first of many :)

    You are draped gorgeousness and what a beautiful setting, too. Sounds like a lovely day for Master 12 (still remember his name as Master 8 when I first joined). The leggings and boots are great.

    Fab outfit. In real life people where seriously asking themselves who is that lady - is she someone important that I don't know about.  It just has that super cool vibe to it.

    This is amazing. And I normally despise toeless booties, but they very much work with this outfit. It goes to show that anything can be worn in a fashionable way by the right person with the right outfit.

    Amazing outfit, Deborah! Speaking of breaking up the black, the toeless booties help with that too, with that little exposure of the toes. Funny how such a little detail can make a big difference!
