WIW : Fleur de lis Jeans

Hi Fab ones,

I am trying out a new photo spot at home:)  I have set up the spare room so I can (hopefully) quickly snap my outfits each morning without my (large and small) boys photo bombing and 'participating' in the process:)

These jeans are a new addition to my winter wardrobe and I am enjoying wearing them.  So far I have worn them with oversized toppers but am keen to try a structured jacket with a flowy blouse next:)

I had to size up in the jeans due to my 'ample' belly so instead of skinny they read more straight leg but I hope they are slim enough for the oversized topper.

    The Fleur de Lis jeans are definitely slim enough and look lovely with that beautiful drapey sweater.

    Oooh! Nice jeans and nice new view of your house!! You look fab. And I agree, it is great to do the photos in a bit of privacy.

    Love this, Deborah.  I think the proportions work well, and the grey is soft, bringing out the detail in the jeans.

    I moved to my bedroom, too, for some of the same reasons!

    Heh heh, my "boy" is 40, and he still photobombs if I take pics in the house. I guess some things never change, lol. 

    I really love the jeans and how soft this outfit is despite the dark colors. Fab!

    Fun jeans.  I wear "skinny" jeans all the time but with my pear shape a true skinny doesn't work so all of mine are actually straight legs.

    Gorgeous, Deborah, and I love your new photo space, too!  I think you chose the perfect size as the lines of these jeans are lovely.  May I ask who makes the oversized topper?  The color of it is luscious, too.  

    btw, your hair in these photos (and your poses!) could be part of a catalogue or magazine spread.  So pretty.

    Thank you Fabbers, very pleased the jeans are working. The jeans are actually from Target. I bought them a few months ago, and the sweater, Vicki, is from a teen store here called Supre. They are not known for their quality but this particular sweater is quite a good quality knit and was a surprising find. And the jeans are black and silver/grey. They're not exactly a brocade, the pattern is printed onto the jeans:)

    One more sleep and it's the weekend:). Have a great day.
