WIW: Cobalt & Black

Hi Fabbers,

Stuck in the office all day trying to catch up on admin in preparation for the Christmas holidays which are closing in fast.

Black Straight Leg Pants, cobalt blouse and black shooties. For fun and interest added my black and white zebra belt.

How does this work?

And for this of you who recall last week I was having trouble focussing my camera...well I remembered to pop on my glasses, and then forgot to take them off. I expect early next year I will be seeking advice on new frames. These are ok but not great. Most glasses are too big and I am needing to wear them more frequently when working so I need a really fab pair!

    Deborah! I lurve your glasses! I'm getting a sexy-librarian vibe here, even though your outfit is more modern than classic. Love the draping of your top and it's brilliant hue. That's a nice fluid fit on your trousers as well. I can't wait to help you choose frames next year!

    Oh...I like a lot.  Cobalt and black has always been a favorite of mine.

    Angie, you NEVER need to apologise. I always apprecite you comments and thoughts.  This is a colour I find easy to wear.  I feel it fits my style aesthetic but there are so many colours that I feel do not.  I would say that cobalt is definitly one my accent colours now.  I have booties, pants, scarf, pencil skirt and even a necklace in cobalt now.

    Fantastic blouse!! So elegant. And such agood colour for you. And I like you with or without glasses. You have such a pretty face and hair, you can get away with everything.
    The trousers are very good, but do you normally wear higher heels with them?

    Love this Deb - the belt is just the right touch and of course the cobalt blue is divine on you. Absolutely love the drape of that top - it's perfect! I also think you look very pretty in your glasses.

    The drape of this shirt reminds me of my Katies one in black/cobalt.
    I find it makes for a lovely relaxed yet feminine feel.

    I dont think ive often see you sporting more voluminous trousers and you look amazing in them. Great with the pop in the shirt. The colbalt in indeed a surpurb color for you! :)
