WIW : Chistmas Day & Today

Hi Fabbers,

I hope those of you who have some time off are enjoying it, and those who are back at work, trust it's not too busy.

A couple of outfits.

#1-#2 Today's casual outfit for day of relaxing :) Taking Mum out later to her favourite boutique so she can 'spend' two gift vouchers she received for Christmas :)

The pants were a purchase in yesterday's Boxing Day sales. Nice fabrication and I like the scrunch detail at the bottom. I don't own anything like this in terms of casual summer pants so hopefully they are ok (I know the length is questionable but I kind of like it).

#3 is what I wore Christmas Day. Ended up being a touch hot for the leggings but this was a very me and very comfortable for a day of cooking, serving, cleaning up etc... This dress is a few years old and I keep pulling it out of the donate box lol.

Thanks for looking. Comments and suggestions for improvement always appreciated.

xxx Deborah

I really like the top in #1 and dress in #2- beautiful and flattering. I'd prefer the top with a slimmer bottom to balance the top flowy part, but it still overall like it. The leggings and sandles combo with the dress is not my taste (something about how the sandles and leggings meet in particular) but your style aestetic is also very different from mine. Overall you have a very edgy cool vibe that I enjoy! I'd love to own that dress and top :)

Love the new pants! They look so comfortable. And you look very relaxed and happy for your celebrations. It's great to wear clothes you can get down on the floor in -- with a 10 year old. :)

Love the new pants and the sandals you wore with them! You look terrific in both outfits - enjoy!

Love #3 -- this is more of a body con look for you and it suits you.

I can see why you keep the dress - very flattering!

Why do you keep putting the dress in the donate box? It looks lovely on you.

New pants are fun. Also like your lip color? Is it coral or orange?

I think the pants are 100% cool and the length works very well in your outfit - no concerns here!

You definitely need to keep that dress - you look awesome. Hope you had a lovely Christmas.

Ha! We both wore 'scrunchy pants' yesterday Deborah, and yours look great!
I braved the sales too and bought bathers and a dress for my daughter, and a Bonds zip jacket for myself.
All going on to the 2014 budget of course :o

Your new pants with the scrunched sides look very cool.  Also your Christmas Day outfit looks sophisticated and comfortable at the same time - well done.  I'm a sucker for a pretty mani-pedi too!

Love the new pants, very you! And I vote to hang on to that dress too. It really suits you and loves your curves. Very flattering.

I love both outfits, those pants and top look great together and that LBD is a keeper. It looks great with the leggings ( on my shopping list ) and I am thinking it would also look great with heels and jacket for work.
    Looking fantastic :)
