Hi Ladies,

Went home from work early yesterday as still not feeling great. Ended up with a monster headache, went to sleep on the couch for hours. Slept through the night ...and am feeling fantastic today..yay:).

Only work a half day today so felt like keeping it casual.

You have seen everything here except the jacket:)

Target ponte leggings (one of the best things I have ever bought)
Supre oversized grey sweater
Brown Sugar ruched moto style jacket ( #2 is the catalogue pic )
Rivers Black suede wedge heel boots

I did add my grey and white bulky scarf but forgot to get a photo :(

    You look like you've bounced back beautifully.
    Nice to see you knee high boots enjoying an outing.
    I wonder if we have the same Target ponte leggings? Yours look black but mine are definitely charcoal.
    The necklace goes beautifully with what you are wearing, a great example of understated elegance.

    So sorry to hear about your headache, but glad you woke feeing fresh and bright. I love that moto jacket. What a great piece for you! Super outfit altogether.

    Thanks ladies..it was so nice to feel "good" and "normal" again. I really enjoyed wearing this outfit today. The Manager at my Brown Sugar store blessed me with a very kind gift voucher as a thank you for something and the jacket was what I purchased with the voucher. I am really happy with it and the fabric lends it self to bei g quite a grab seasonal garment:)

    You certainly are looking marvelous- I love this outfit on you! Every detail works: the wedge boots, and the simple bar necklace are superb.
    Love the new jacket, too - is it leather?

    I didn't try anything on, Deborah. And because of the drapey styles I couldn't really tell what they would look like off a hanger. Mostly they had Ts there, with necklines that would not have worked on me. The quality didn't impress me hugely, to tell you the truth. But it was the end of the day and I was getting tired.

    I love everything about this. I'm still in my mid 20s, and ever since I was a teen, I remember dreading the time when I reached whatever that age was where i would just have to shelve my personality and become another face in the crowd. One of the reasons I joined YLF is because I was so thrilled to see people posting outfits like this, that are flattering and interesting and full of personality, yet appropriate for a woman of nearly any age. You look smashing! 

    Also, if anyone else is lusting after that amazing jacket, it appears to be on sale right now. :)
