WIW: Appointments and Training

Hi Ladies,

I'm sorry I'm not commenting as much as usual...this tends to be the busiest time of year for me so I'm sneaking moments to read where I can:)

Quickly snapped this morning's outfit (#1) I love this skirt, so comfy to wear. I have a "businessy" day so wanted a suit look without the suit:)

#2 is the outfit I posted with this skirt last summer.

Thanks for looking, comments and suggestions always appreciated.

Happy Monday to all on my side if the world.
xxxDeborah

You do indeed look businessy Deb, but also chic and stylish. You know I love the pop of red with the handbag and those sandals are just delicious!

    KILLER x2.

These are your tried and tested FFBO looks that you wear with panache, Debs. Perfect to grab at such a busy time of year!

Love the black and white with the red bag!

The combination of that skirt and those fantastic shoes work beautifully both ways.

That trench is uber cool, Deborah. It looks very Victoria Beckham-esque, but better. And in case there is any question, I mean that in the best way possible. Love it!

Lyn, the Trench was an inexpensive purchase (on sale) and it's one of those great things to have in the closet as it works with pants and skirts.

Shannon, thank you. These poor sandals have been worn and worn. Im not sure they will make it through this season.

Angie, thank you:) Yes this is a good FFBO for work. And I think this (new) jacket is going to be a work horse. It is such a good feeling both vanity wise and organisation wise to have such outfits hanging reading in the wardrobe:)

    Thistle.. thank you:)

Shevia, thank you and you know I do love these shoes... just wish I could find something similar in some other colors.

pil, I do take that as a compliment:) I am rather a fan of Victoria Beckham. She does such fab dresses!

I love that skirt! Both outfits are great and it's nice to see how you styled it in both summer and winter.

When we were doing the royalty thread, you should have been dubbed the queen of gorgeous layering.

I remember last year's outfit. I was SO struck by the sleeveless trench - so cool. And this year's outfit is just as fab. What is the skirt made of? It looks terrific.

  • lyn67 replied 11 years ago

Yes, I too remember outstanding sleveles trench outfit, but this one is alsogorgeous! very You! Love the substantial sandals, and the pop of red. Blazer is killer! Did you lost weight?

  • RunnerChick replied 11 years ago

I love the non-suit professional look, with the skirt and the jacket. You wear black and white so well, and the pops of red are just right too. This is such a lovely outfit and from the little I know so far, it's so very you.

I love the coat dress. Both looks work really well on you but I am really drawn to #2. You look wonderful as always and are indeed an inspiration.
