PSA : Motto Skirted Leggings

Hi Ladies,

I guess this is predominantly for the Aussie girls, but note that they do ship overseas for a standard rate of $25.00 :)

I made it my mission to find a quality skirted legging in Australia, and I have now completed my mission lol and am reporting back.

I tried them on in store today and the quality is lovely.  The fabric is a stretch jersey but it's not like tshirt jersey, its more refined, substantia and drapey.  They have a flat stretch elastic waistband.  Machine washable and no ironing required.  They only had larger sizes left but I tried them anyway and the Manager pinned and pulled them into how my size would fit. (I am getting the size 10 - they run very true to size.) They are stunning.  Apparently only one pair left in the state and it's on its way to Bendigo for me:)  The Manager has said that they are restocking soon. They are currently at full price of $89.99 and well worth the money.  They are a little dressy but could be dressed down with the right tops and say leather slip on sneaks for the weekend.

This is the only pair that I have found in Australia that I feel stands up to the EF ones in terms of design, cut and quality :)

xxx Deborah

Oh I like those! From the photo, the hemline looks asymmetrical, and the length at the longest point is nice - not too short.

Still waiting to see them on you....

    Great find Deborah!
I imagine they would be longer on you than on the model- looking forward to pics :)

    Yes skirt is asymmetrical;)

I am not expecting them to arrive in store til next week but I promise I will show them when I get them. I do still have to try on when they arrive to be 100% sure of the fit!

Oh my gosh! They are gorgeous. Super tempting for me too, though we are just putting in a swim spa, so I wasn't planning on spending any money this month!

These are great, and they'll fit your wardrobe and style perfectly. I bought the EF ones last year as my 'gateway leggings' and they've been so useful and easy to style, especially on those last-minute mornings. I look forward to being inspired by your styling choices!

Deborah - thrilled for you!!  I love my EF skirted legging!  I wear them at least twice a week.  On this I totally ignore the prevailing sentiment of the forum.  I style them in very dressy ways and will absolutely wear them to derssy events.   Long and actually short blazers are brilliant.  Boots, booties and esp OTK boots are great matches due to the short hemline.  Of course, the are easy to dress down with tunics, sweaters and they make a little too short tunics totally wearable.  Looking forward to hearing your thoughts but they are one of the best purchases I have ever made!!

They look beautiful, Deborah. If they fit well when they arrive, the possibilities with your wardrobe seem endless. Fingers crossed and great share. The fabrication seems especially important with these.

Can't wait to see the "buttvest" :-) on you, Debs. looks great from the pictie!

These look fantastic, and of course I am your biggest fan (and full of envy...WAAAAAAAA!!!)

Note, they do not look like a butt-vest.
