Crazy for Culottes!

Hi Ladies,

I will do a post with pics tonight but just quick post from work now.
I am wearing my new Metalicus culottes today (their first outing) and they are fantastic.  You know that feeling when an item fits well, it super comfortable and (IMHO) looks super stylish??  Well it's one of those days. So just had to share.... not many in my real life would 'get' my excitement over this lol.

Not sure if any of the other Aussie ladies have purchased these?  I think Lyn D's culottes were from Country Road???

Be back tonight with pics, and my recent order from Metalicus has arrived so may have some goodies to share.

First find is my culottes and the others are what has arrived today.

    I'm looking forward to seeing you in these pieces. They look like they will fit seamlessly into your wardrobe. I hope that you consider the black & white striped bottom too. ( shown in the 3rd picture with the assymetrical tank)

    Joy, I didn't but I do already have striped black and white skirt so I expect I will copy the styling :)

    Ooh, Deborah! I have some of these pieces. The second one (tunic top with side slits) and the third one (the Manon top) - so I will be very interested to see how you style them! I really, really love the side slit top. Looking forward to seeing the culottes too!

    How exciting Brookly.  I saw the side split top when it first came out but seemed to miss it in the black.  Was thrilled when it popped up in black on the sale:)  And the Manon top I have been stalking to sale lol.

    No Deborah, mine are Sportscraft.
    I am interested to see how you wear yours in Winter- I have only styled mine for warm weather with bare legs.
    IKWYM about the excitement of pulling together a great outfit, and new items arriving at the doorstep :)

    Thanks Lyn, yes of course Sportscraft... I couldn't remember.  I have just posted today's outfit.  I wore pumps and nude stockings and a high low blouse.   I could have worn ankle boots I think.  Not sure about long boots under tho, that just didn't look right to me.

    I love my culottes too, though they were really outside of what I would normally try. So fun when it's fab and comfy!

    Not for me.  Today's culottes seem to be a revival of the gaucho pants of my youth.  I didn't wear those, and I won't wear these.  BUT, I saw them on you in your blog post, and can only say, as I always do, YOU LOOK SO GOOD IN YOUR CLOTHES! Your instincts are unerring.

    Love culottes! I find the very comfy and fun to wear Your other items look great too. Looking forward to the wiw's ☺
